1. In a small pan, heat soy sauce and Splenda, till dissolved. 2. Dissolve cornstarch in mirin. 3. Add cornstarch mixture to soy sauce and sugar. Stir in ginger. 4. Heat until thickened. Add additional water, if need to thin.
