Here is how you make Broiled Teriyaki Tuna Steaks:

In a bowl, combine 1/2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce, cooking wine, toasted sesame oil, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, and 1/4 tsp fresh minced ginger. Cover tuna steak with mixture and marinate for 1/2 hour. Preheat broiler. Coat broiler rack with nonstick olive oil spray. Transfer tuna steak to broiler rack, then baste with marinade. Broil about 4 inches from heat source for 3 minutes. Using a wide spatula, turn steak and baste with remaining marinade. Broil for 2 to 5 minutes until tuna is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork (as an option you can grill instead of broil) Meanwhile mix remaining 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, 1/4 tsp minced ginger, cornstarch and 1 tbsp water in a bowl. Set aside. In a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, over medium high heat add canola oil. When hot add green onion and celery. Saute' for a minute. Add mushrooms and cook 1 minute. Add sliced broccoli and carrots. Add 1 tbsp water and cover. Cook vegetables 3 to 4 minutes or until just tender. Add soy sauce mixture and stir until thickened.
