1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
24 wrapper, eggroll (7" square) Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers)
1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1 tsp Soy Sauce
.25 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce

.5 cup White Rice, short grain, cooked
1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw
4 medium Carrots, raw
3 tsp Garlic
2 tsp Ginger Root


How Do I Make Ground Turkey Spicy Baked Egg Rolls?

Here is how you make Ground Turkey Spicy Baked Egg Rolls:

Shred onion, carrots, celery and cabbage. Spray nonstick skillet with olive oil spray. Saute until partially softened over medium high heat (approx 5-10 min). Remove and set aside to cool. Add cooked rice. Brown ground turkey breaking into smaller size pieces nothing larger than a dime. Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, worcestershire sauce, garlic and ginger and continue to saute until cooked through. I put in a lot of spice. I add schichimi Togarashi (asian spicy powdered mixture which isn't listed here) over the whole mixture. Mix in with veggies and let cool in refrigerator. Once cool enough to handle take an egg roll wrapper with the diamond pointing towards you, spoon into two heaping spoons full of mixture. Flip closest corner over and then flip two side corners in and then roll. Spray with olive oil cooking spray lightly over them before putting in oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. 1 minute to reheat in microwave and can be frozen. Do not defrost just put in over for a few minutes or microwave for two minutes.
