1 pkg Firm Tofu Cut into cubes
2 tbsp Black Bean Garlic Sauce
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1/2 cup chopped Raw Onion
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Roma Tomatoes quartered
1 cup chopped Carrots
2 tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 cup Cold Water
1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


How Do I Make Jody's Kitchen Presents Tofu and Turkey?

Here is how you make Jody's Kitchen Presents Tofu and Turkey:

In Wok heat olive oil on Medium Heat.Add turkey and chop up then cover. when finished cooking remove turkey from wok (leaving the juice from the turkey in wok) and bring to boil. Add Carrots, Minced Garlic, and Onion, mix well then cover. Stir periodically. When carrots are soft to the touch (about 4 minutes) mix in Hoisin Sauce and Black Bean Sauce. bring back to a boil and continue to stir frequently. Add tomatoes, and fold into mixture. Be very gentle with tomatoes. When tomatoes skin starts to fall off, fold in cooked turkey to the mixture and cover. Stir often and when liquid starts to boil fold in Tofu. In bowl mix cold water and corn starch well. fold into mixture. Continue to cook until dish reaches desired consistency.
