(if you want to make them perfect you can cut them with a cookie cutter).- to store you can pile one on top of the other but make sure they are floured. OR - you could just cheat and buy the wrappers ready made :)For the Filling:-Cook the Quinoa (and allow to cool)-Boil the cabbage (allow to cool and the put into a cloth or clean towel and squeeze out as much water as possible)-Gently fry the leek, mushroom, until the begin to soften. Then add the ginger and garlic until then aromas begin. Set aside and allow to cool- Once cooled - make up the mixture of soy, sesame oil and mirin.Mixure everything together and salt and pepper to taste.To make up take one wrapper.- add one tsp of mixture- with your finger wet the edges of the circle.-start at the left side and crimp the top layer and squeeze it fixed to the top.
