Here is how you make Naruto's Favorite Ramen (Vegan):

Cook canola oil, garlic, and carrots in a large pot over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add mushrooms and dulse flakes, and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Turn heat to low. Add sake mixing well to deglaze pan. Add tamari and water and mix. Add bouillon, sugar, and ginger and mix. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add sesame oil and noodles. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
