Here is how you make Mongolian Beef and Broccoli:

Combine sherry, broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add beef, tossing to coat; cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.Preheat a large wok over meduim heat. Add 2 tbs oil. Reserving marinade, stir fry the beef until brown. Remove cooked beef to a plate.Add the remaining 1 tbs of oil. stir fry ginger, garlic until browned. Add broccoli and onions and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir fry for 3 minutes, return the beef and reserved marinade.. cook until the sauce thickens (1-2 mins).
