How Do I Make Creamy Beef and Noodles?

Here is how you make Creamy Beef and Noodles:

Season beef with salt and pepper and dust with flour. Brown in oil in batches. Return meat to skillet and add water, vinegar and worcestershire. Simmer , covered on low heat until beefs begins to tenderize ( about an hour). Add onion, pepper and paprika and continue to simmer covered until onions are tender and sauce has reduced and thickened. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on package in salted water; drain and keep warm. Remove beef from heat and stir in sour cream.
