1 jar Chi Chi's Salsa
1 can dark kidney beans
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 cup Bisquick mix (use Heart Smart for healthier version)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup shredded cheese (if desired - not figured in to total)

Here is how you make Beef and Salsa Skillet:

In skillet cook beef over medium heat until brown. Stir in salsa, beans, tomato sauce and 1 tsp chili powder. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, remaining chili powder and water until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto simmering mixture.Cook uncovered about 10 minutes.
