Here is how you make Bacon, Egg and Cheese Stuffed Peppers:

Cut your peppers in half in the mid center. De-seed them. Bake in the oven at 350 while you prepare the stuffing. Take your bacon, dice it and then saute it. Remove from the pan when cooked to your liking. Saute the onion until soft add the garlic and cook a few minutes longer. Divide the bacon up equally between the pepper halves. Do the same with the onion mixture and then the same with the cheese. Crack an egg on top of each pepper halve.
