Fry hamburger and drain well. Mix with one can of well drained vegetable soup. Set aside.Heat cast iron pan with @ 1 1/2" of canola oil (for health, for flavor us crisco). While the oil heats: Mix flour, baking powder, salt make a well and add heated milk, may need more. Make a soft dough, do not over kneed. Roll out flat, cut into 12" circles, cut in half add some meat mixture, fold in half and pinch closed. You should get @ 10 servings, all depends on how thin you roll out your dough.
