Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 4 cup
Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz)
White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
Garlic, 4 cloves
Chili powder, 1 tbsp
*Oregeno, 1 tsp
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
Cajun Seasoning 3tbsp


How Do I Make Jambalaya?

Here is how you make Jambalaya:

Saute onions, pepper, and garlic until lightly browned. In another pan saute rice 2-3 minutes on Med-High til lightly browned. In another pot add sausage and saute lightly with pam, add in veggies after 2 minutes, add oregano, cajun seasoning, chili, cayenne, and 2 bayleaves if desired. Stir together for 2 minutes and add tomatoes, stir another minute and add chicken broth. Turn burner to high, when mixture boiils add browned rice.
