Appx. 2 lbs. pork loin chunks (estimated 26 oz. cooked in recipe)
3 large carrots, cut into chunks
3 large celery stalks, cut into chunks
1 large onion, chopped
4 medium sized yukon gold or red potatoes
2 cups french style frozen green beans
1 can corn
1 cup chicken broth
1 packet dry onion soup mix


How Do I Make Crockpot Pork Loin and Veggies?

Here is how you make Crockpot Pork Loin and Veggies:

Put pork loin chunks in crockpot. Pour 1 cup chicken broth and packet of onion soup mix over pork. Dissolve any remaining dry soup mix into liquid. Add any other desired seasonings (cayenne, pepper, etc.). Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Cut carrots, celery, potatoes and onion. Add to crockpot, along with can of drained corn, and cook on high an additional 2 hours. Add frozen green beans and cook another hour on high.The pork should be white throughout and will fall apart when shredded with a fork.
