Here is how you make Greek Pork and Orzo:

Rub pork with pepper; cut into 1-in. cubes. In large nonstick skillet, cook pork in oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in spinach during last minute of cooking until spinach is wilted. Meanwhile, cook orzo with salt per package instructions (about 8 minutes). Add tomatoes (and olives, if used) to pork mixture and cook 1 minute longer till heated through. Drain orzo; add hot orzo and feta cheese to pork mixture and toss together.
