Here is how you make Quiche Helen:

Pre bake pie crust according to directions. While crust is baking peel 1 small potato and 3 medium carrots. Dice both. Brown hamburger. Drain and set aside. Saute all vegetables in large pan sprayed with pam. add hamburger back into veg mixture. put into pie crust. Break 5 eggs into bowl and add milk. Stir until blended well. Pour into pie crust.
