1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup Sugar (I used Splenda to cut the calories)
1/4 cup butter (I used Canoleo margarine to cut the calories)
2 egg whites
1/4 cup 1% milk
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


How Do I Make Grandma's Banana Oatmeal Bread?

Here is how you make Grandma's Banana Oatmeal Bread:

combine in one bowl the dry ingredients--flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another, larger, bowl cream butter and sugar (Splenda). Add bananas, egg whites, milk and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Place in loaf pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350* for an hour and twenty minutes.
