Here is how you make Whole Wheat Banana Chocolate Chip Scones:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.Using a food processor or mixer place all of the dry ingredients in the bowl. Mix until blended. Add in remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips. Mix until moist. Stir in chocolate chips.Scoop mixture out onto a piece of wax paper and form into a flat circle. Cut into 8 pieces like you would a regular pie or pie chart.
