First mash up banana and then add the vanilla, apple sauce, honey, milk, and eggs. In a separate bowl mix the whole wheat flour, cocoa, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, protein powder,and salt. Next stir in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix (not too much). Lastly add the dark chocolate chips. Pour mixture into a well greased/sprayed muffin pan and bake it 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until they are no longer dough in middle.
