Here is how you make Bran Banana Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Separate eggs. Mash bananas.Put egg yolks, bananas, applesauce, syrup and milk in a bowl. Add bran flakes. Mix and let sit for five minutes. While bran flake mixture is soaking, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Add dry ingredients to bran flake mixture. Beat mixture until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in egg whites. Spoon into muffin tin.
