Here is how you make Easy Banana Nut Muffins:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Fit 12 Muffin cups with paper liners. Coat each with cooking spay or rub with a dab of canola oil. 2. Mix flour, walnuts, wheat germ (cracked wheat), sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in large bowl. 3. In a separate small bowl mix bananas, milk, butter, egg, and Mollasses. 4.
