Here is how you make Multi Grain Banana Pancakes:

Mix cornmeal, whole wheat flour and oats in the a food processor to chop up the oats into a flour. In a large bowl, mix all purpose flour, cornmeal, whole wheat flour, oats, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together. In another bowl whisk together buttermilk, eggs, milk, oil, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.Spray griddle with non-stick spray and turn on to medium heat. After griddle is warmed up, use a 1/4 measuring cup to pour pancakes. Pace banana slices on the batter as they cook. Flip when golden brown. Keep pancakes warm while cooking.
