Here is how you make Breakfast Amaranth:

Heat amaranth in a dry pan over medium heat. Toast, stirring constantly, for 3.5/4.5 minutes until toasty and popping.In a non-stick pan, bring water and salt to a boil then drop in amaranth. Stir once and return to a boil. Lower heat to simmer, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add milk, cover again and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add peanut butter.
