Here is how you make Apple Quinoa Breakfast Bake:

Combine uncooked quinoa, cinnamon and allspice. Put in bottom of greased pan. I use an 8X8 pan.Place apples, berries and nuts on top of quinoa mixture.Beat eggs, add milk and syrup. Whisk until mixed. Pour over quinoa and fruit. Stir slightly to make sure the fruit is covered and the liquid reached the bottom of the quinoa. Bake for an hour or so until the casserole is mostly set and there is a little liquid left. You can enjoy it while its warm but I prefer to let it cool and refridgerate over night. In the morning, remove a piece from the fridge and reheat! Serving Size:?Makes 9 squares
