1 cup Silk Almond Milk Vanilla (or "milk" of your choice)

In a medium saucepan combine quinoa and 1 cup water. Bring to boil then simmer covered for 10 minutes.

Add apples, raisins and cinnamon and simmer for 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Serve plain or with 1/2 cup almond milk per serving.
