Here is how you make Warm Breakfast Wassail:

In a large saucepan or crock pot, combine all liquids, splenda, spice bag (for directions on spice bag, see below), and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. (I cook this for about 4 hours in the crock pot). If mixture is too strong, add the quart of water. If your preference is a bit sweeter, add more Sucralose. Yields about a gallon.** I make a spice bag by adding desired spices to a coffee filter and tying with a string.
