This is a combination of several people's recipes. I was looking for fast and easy, grab on the way out the door kind of recipes so everyone at my house could eat a breakfast. Many people were cooking the eggs individually, or in muffin pans. I found that the jelly roll pan was almost perfect. Sure, a square and a circle aren't a perfect match, but from a time-saver standpoint......

How Do I Make OAMC Breakfast Bagels?

Here is how you make OAMC Breakfast Bagels:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Spray a jelly roll pan thoroughly with Pam.In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, salt, pepper, and baking powder.Pour eggs into jelly roll pan, cooking til nearly set. Sprinkle bacon bits followed by the cheese and continue baking until fully set. Remove, and cut into 24 equal sized squares, placing one inside of each bagel. Individually wrap each with plastic wrap, and place into large ziploc bags (It took two bags for me, gallon sized).When ready to eat, remove from freezer, remove plastic wrap, microwave, flipping once for 20 seconds on each side.
