Preheat oven to 300F. Lightly coat the inside of a 9x9x3 glass baking dish with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Original Buttery Spray.Microwave Morningstar Farms Breakfast Patties for two minutes. Crumble into a small bowl.Wash and de-stem spinach.Rinse and dry mushroom pieces.In a medium bowl, whisk two whole eggs until smooth. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add egg substitute and egg whites and mix.
