.25 C crushed walnuts
.5 C grated coconut
.5 C raisins
2 tsps Cinnamon in a big mixing bowl
mix all the dry ingredients together,
then add the flax seed mixture to the dates and stir
and pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients.

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes in a 9 by 13 in. pan
