Here is how you make Breakfast Bars:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 8X8 pan with Pam.In a large bowl, cream the butter and Splenda with a wooden spoon. Add the egg and beat until light and fluffy. Mix in the honey, lemon juice and bananas.In another bowl, measure and pour in dry ingredients-add wheat germ and oats.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquids(about a 1/3 at a time).Stir in the raisins and almonds.Spead the batter in the Pam sprayed pan.Bake for 20-30 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack. Cut into bars.These good for you bars have a cake like consistency. They also freeze well!
