Rinse quinoaBring the milk to the boil in a potAdd the quinoa and bring to the boil, coveredReduce the heat to low and allow to simmer, covered, until about 3/4 of the milk has been absorbed (around 15 minutes)Add the brown sugar and cinnamonAllow to simmer, covered, until the liquid is mostly absorbed (around 8 minutes)Add the blueberries and cook for an additional 30 secondsStir, remove from heat but allow to sit, covered, for an additional 5 minutes or so.
