4 tsp powdered egg whites + 2 tbsp water + 2 tbsp torani sugar free syrup in flavor of choice (or 1/4 cup water, or 1/4 cup torani, or more milk)

additional suggestions:
brown xylitol, freeze-dried fruit, chia seed, flax meal, flavored stevia drops, spices such as cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, your favorite nuts/seeds

The night before, bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil on the stovetop. Add buckwheat and turn heat down to low or medium-low. Cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.Let cool fully, and then put the saucepan & all into the fridge overnight.The next morning set the solidified (seriously!) cereal over low heat. Try to stir it as much as possible. Add the 1/4 cup milk and turn heat up to medium.While you let it get nice & hot, whip up those egg whites with your liquid of choice until foamy. Add to the (hot) buckwheat and turn heat down to low.Now you're ready for your flavorful additions! My favorite version so far involves brown xylitol, cinnamon stevia drops, some chia seed for healthy fats & fiber and freeze-dried apple pieces. But you can experiment however you like!
