Here is how you make Oriental Breakfast Burrito:

Add eggs and leftover stir fry to skillet and heat until eggs are cooked. Warm the tortillas (I use the microwave and a damp towel) to make them nice and pliable. Put 1 T. of cheese in the center of each tortilla and add egg mix. Fold all the sides over the filling and set them folded side down in a very warm skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Heat on both sides till cruncy and brown and eat.
