Here is how you make Breakfast Cup:

Preheat oven to 400 degreesIn a muffin or cupcake tin, spray 6 cups with cooking spray.Place a layer of bagel in bottom of each cup.Mix together the vegetables and meat, and place on top of bagel. Add a layer of cheddar cheese.In a 2 cup measure, break your eggs and whip them up. Add enough milk to bring to 1 cup. Mix again. Add salt and spices, and mix one more time.Pour egg mixture over the top of each of the filled cups, bringing liquid to about 1/4 of an inch from the top. Finish off with a little Parmesan on top of each cup.Bake cup for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and cool on rack for a couple of minutes.Use a small offset spatula or a table knife and loosen around the outside edge, then lift.Enjoy! So yummy!Serving Size:?makes 6 egg cups
