1 Can Rotel

Here is how you make Rise and Shine Breakfast:

In a skillet begin to brown the ground chicken, add the Rotel. Once chicken is cooked, drain off the excess liquid. Add the egg whites and continue to cook until egg whites are completely cooked. Season with Tabasco, salt and pepper. (I actually use Paula Deen's "House Seasoning" -- find the recipe online)Serving Size:?7
