Chop the cashews and coconut. Set aside.Make a slurry with the cornstarch, sugar, and the small amount of cashew milk.In a double boiler, combine the Emmer / Farro, with the 1 cup of cashew milk (or other type of milk), raisins, chopped cashews and coconut.
