Here is how you make Breakfast Egg Bake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sautee mushrooms first in 1 tsp butter or margarine. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spray casserole dish with no- stick spray. Pour 1/2 mixture into a large casserole dish( 9x 13). Lay cheese slices over the top of first half. Pour remaining mixture over top of cheese. Bake for 45-50 min. ( test w/ knife or toothpic.)
