Potato - 1 cup
Olive Oil - 3 Tbs
Salt - 1 tsp
16 egg whites, 4 whole eggs (mix in a bowl)
Spices to taste, but I like to use this combo:
1/4 tsp of ceyenne pepper ( you can use fresh if you like)
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of garam masala

Here is how you make Breakfast Egg Sabzi:

Saute onions and potatoes with salt on medium heat until potatoes are done make sure you cover this while cooking. Then add all spices and a cover for another minute to let the spices flavor come through.
