Here is how you make Oat Bran,Poached Egg and Toast Breakfast:

1. Cook Oat bran per package instructions,Half way through cooking time add brown sugar. 2. Add water to a skillet with hight sides (add a pinch of salt if desired) and about 1 tsp of white vinegar. Crack egg in a bowl (make sure it is good). Once water has reached a simmer gently and carefully add the egg. Allow side of bowl touch top of water and slide egg into water. Make sure egg is covered with water. Poach egg for about 2 minutes of just until white is cooked. 3. Toast bread and sprinkle shredded cheese on top while egg is cooking.4. Remove egg from water with a slotted spoon place on top of toast.5. Place Oat bran in a bowl.
