1. Slice radishes very thin-- any kind of radish will do. 2. Place butter in skillet and melt on medium. 3. Add radishes to the pan. Cook until the radishes' are tender, stir occasionally.4. while the radishes are cooking, dice the apple and chop the mizuna.5. Once radishes are tender, add apples and mizuna to the pan. 6. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste.7. Stir and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Place in bowl or plate8. Cook egg to taste - I fried mine. 9. Top Mizuna mixture with egg and enjoy.
