1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp grd cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 c white flour
2 heaping TBLSP ground flax meal
1 c raisens ( or dried fruit )
1/2 c optional grd walnuts or nuts
This recipe is VERY adapatable. I sometimes add powdered milk also.
