Sprinkle oats, coconut, almonds and walnuts in a large roasting pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 18 minutes or until toasted, stirring once. Cool.Combine oats, raisins, dates, apricots, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in eggs, honey and oil; mixing well.Press into a greased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into bars while warm. May be stored up to 2 weeks.
