Brown diced potatoes/hashbrowns in a large skillet in oil. (cook gravy according to package in the meantime) Add cooked ground sausage, onion, salt & pepper and table blend Mrs. Dash seasoning to skillet and cook another 5 minutes . Move mixture to one side. Add and scramble eggs and eggwhites and cook until done. Fold into sausage/potato mix. Fold in cheddar cheese. pour gravy over mixture and blend in well. Cook until bubbly.
