How Do I Make Breakfast Lasagna?

Here is how you make Breakfast Lasagna:

Sauté onions and peppers in butter til soft. Add turkey and 1/2 the salt plus the rest of the seasoning. Brown. Add spinach and cook until it has thawed. Drain. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, add half the remaining salt, milk and cheese. Add black pepper if desired. Slice potatoes, skin on, about 1/8". Oil a casserole dish. Place a layer of potatoes and salt/pepper them. Add 1/3 of meat mixture. Add 1/3 of egg mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
