1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup diced sweet red pepper
6 medium (crimini) mushrooms sliced
pepper to taste
1 oz cheddar cheese shredded
2 slices Pepperidge Farm Darm German Wheat bread


How Do I Make Breakfast Mess?

Here is how you make Breakfast Mess:

Crisp diced bacon in a skillet, remove and set aside bacon bits but reserve the fat. Saute sliced scallion, mushrooms, red peppers, and garlic until veggies tender. Toast bread and tear bite sized pieces into two bowls. Put reserved bacon bits back into veggie mix, divide and spoon it over the toast. Carefully crack the 4 large Eggland's Best eggs into the pan and cook them over easy.. Place two eggs on top of the veggies and toast in each bowl, sprinkle each with half the shredded cheddar.
