Here is how you make Nutty pear breakfast:

Soak nuts for a few minutes, then drain. Place in food processor and process until they're in small pieces. Add the seeds and raisins, and process for a few more seconds. Core the apples and pears (no need to peel) and remove the stalks, then chop roughly - into about 12 pieces each - and add to the food processor, keeping it running and adding orange juice as needed so that the mixture has a thick porridge consistency. If you use very ripe pears you might not need much juice at all. Note: it doesn't look very appetising; it's better if you can add a few strawberries or other red fruit. But it tastes good and is an excellent raw food start to the day. I then divide it into 8 portions (or four double-portions) and freeze the unwanted ones. To serve, just thaw for a few hours and eat.
