1 whole egg
1 egg white
Sprinkle of garlic powder (~1 tsp)
Sprinkle of cheese (~1/5 cup)

How Do I Make Peppers and Onion Breakfast Pita?

Here is how you make Peppers and Onion Breakfast Pita:

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Dice the peppers and onion, add to pan and cover. Simmer on low while you mix eggs. Break one into a bowl, then use the shell to keep the yolk out and just use the second white. Whisk thoroughly. Once onions are translucent and peppers are soft, add eggs and seasonings. Mix occasionally as eggs harden. Sprinkle in cheese close to end of cooking time. Once there is no more runny egg, turn off heat and cut pita in half.
