Here is how you make Breakfast Pizza Mexica:

Bring a small skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat on the stove. Add soy chorizo and cook until browned, about 3 minutes, using a spatula to break it into pieces. Remove chorizo from the skillet and set aside. Remove skillet from heat, re-spray, and bring to low heat on the stove. Pour in egg substitute. Cover and cook for 3 minutes, or until egg "crust" starts to form. Carefully flip your egg. Cover and cook for another minute. Evenly top your egg crust with salsa, cheese, and cooked chorizo.
