Here is how you make Suzette's Breakfast Quiche IV:

Crust-1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9" to 9-1/2" pie plate with cooking spray and set aside.2. Finely grind the Fiber One cereal (a coffee grinder works well for this) and add to the melted butter in a bowl. Add the 2 Tbsp. Egg Beaters and mix well.3. Press the cereal mixture into the pie plate and up the sides. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.Filling-1. Spray medium skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add onion, broccoli and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 - 8 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain any liquid off and pat dry with paper towel. Add diced Canadian bacon to vegetables; stir to combine and spoon mixture into crust.2. Combine 1C. Egg Beaters, milk and Herbes de Provence. Season with black pepper, if desired; pour over vegetable mixture.3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
