2 T. Salsa (I used Pace Garden Pepper Restaurant Style Salsa)
1/4 c. Mexican 4 Cheese 2% blend (I used Kraft)

Here is how you make Breakfast Omelette with Bell Peppers and Salsa:

Spray a small fry pan lightly with Pam; heat over medium heat. Add bell pepper and saute until barely soft. Scramble the egg with the remaining ingredients except for the cheese and salsa. Pour into the pan with the bell peppers. Mix quickly and gently rotate to cook most of the egg. When fairly solid, carefully flip over. Turn off heat.
