Here is how you make Vegetarian Sausage Breakfast Skillet:

I usually mult-itask and do the microwave stuff while I'm sauteeing the veggies.Cook the cubed potatoes in the microwave with water to cover on high for 6 minutes. Then cook the vegetarian patties in the microwave, 4 at a time, for about 2 minutes. Chop up or grind up the patties in a food processor so that you have "sausage crumbles".Saute the mushrooms and onions in the olive oil, using a large nonstick skillet. When the mushrooms have softened and the onions are translucent. Add the cubed potatoes and continue to saute until the potatoes are slightly browned. Add the wine a little at a time to deglaze the pan and keep the veggies from sticking. (try the Marsala--it's yummy!) Add the cooked and crumbled vegetarian sausage and mix well.
